5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6. Proof of Payment

Communication and schedules:
Consultations are conducted only at previously agreed times. The User must respect the start time; if they arrive more than 10 minutes late, the lost time will be deducted from the total session length. If the User does not show up or respond within the first 15 minutes, the session will be considered canceled without refund.
Informed consent:

The physical store in El Paso, Texas, is administered autonomously by its local team, according to U.S. commercial and tax legislation, under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and IRS rules on independent collaboration.
